Careers 2005 is a contingency based search firm specializing in sales, marketing and middle-management staffing needs.  This means that a fee is paid only when the client hires a candidate presented by Careers 2005.  Our fee is quite competitive and based on the total income for the first year of employment.  Payment is due on the candidate’s start date and there is a full replacement guarantee should the employee not work out for any reason.
