This means that a fee is paid only when the client selects and hires the candidate presented by Careers 2005. Our fee is quite competitive and based on the compensation for the first year of employment. Payment is due on the candidate’s start date and there is a full replacement guarantee should the employee not work out for any reason.
Upon client request we will conduct a background check which includes criminal records, motor vehicle records, credit history and educational records.
